How does the brain prevent injuries in sports?
Our brain is constantly processing information to adjust to our environment around us and react to sensory cues.
It takes in proprioceptive information, processes it, then creates the appropriate response.
This is what allows our muscles to continuously change the tone and prevent injuries from occurring while working out or out on the field.
This course introduces the strength coach to the intricacies of movement neurology. The practical component teaches how to assess and correct errors of the postural system to increase longevity, strength, and performance.
This program is for anyone in pursuit of in-depth knowledge of the nervous system's influence on posture. We will examine the central pathways behind the potency of optimal alignment to reap theoretical and practical insights that will benefit your practice promptly.
The course includes several corrective methods to change faulty motor patterns that hinder the quality of the results obtained with your clients.
